JKS Adjustable Cross-Over Shock Mount reconfigures the rear shock absorbers on Jeep Cherokees for improved performance and ride quality. It provides four upper shock mounting locations as opposed to the single location supplied by the factory, making it possible to optimize shock performance and suspension travel for each unique application. By relocating the upper shock mounting points toward the vehicle's center, the shocks are positioned at an angle instead of vertically. This reclined shock position produces a cantilever effect that results in substantially increased suspension articulation at the wheels. An added benefit is improved ride comfort with shocks that would be too firm when mounted in the factory vertical position. FABTECH STRETCH WHEELBASE CRAWLER SYSTEM FOR THE 1997-06 JEEP TJ
Fabtech's Crawler system is now available with an optional rear extended wheelbase application. The rear axle is pushed 3 inches rearward allowing the vehicle to transverse obstacles and climb inclines with greater ease due to the longer wheelbase. Extended length rear wishbone and lower links reposition axle while replacement upper coil spring mounts align the coil springs properly with the new differential location. This system must used in conjunction with Gen Right Offroad's fuel tank to allow proper differential housing clearance. The overall body length of the TJ remains stock, retaining its short size for maneuverability.

BD's 3" JK kit uses pre-set coil springs to clear up to 35x12.50 tires. A heavier rear spring is offered for 4-door models, and it can be used for 2-door JKs that often carry loads. REAR SHOCK EXTENSIONS
Rear Shock Extensions from JKS Mfg. eliminate interference between the shock absorber and axle housing, a problem that commonly occurs on Wrangler TJ models, when a CV-type driveshaft is installed. This is achieved by relocating the lower rear shock mounts away from the axle housing. The additional clearance provides plenty of room for the shock absorbers to be installed without any interference. The Rear Shock Extensions are just as effective on applications with extreme suspension travel, where the axle housing rotates in response to excessive droop.
