Place the supplied threaded adapter to the bottom of the frame rail and tack weld in place.
There was never a time when the suspension felt overly soft or stiff and it continuously inspired confidence to push the pedal a little closer to the floor each time we made a lap. After catching our breath, we took the Jeep to the 4X4 course to drop it off some ledges and to our amazement, virtually no annoying body roll on impacts and not once did we feel it bottom out. The Jeep works even better than it did in every situation and the hydraulic bump stop kit worked flawlessly.
Rubicon Express has really done it again and taken a vehicle equipped with their great performing radius long arm kits and made it better--better tuning capabilities, better crawling, and better high (and off camber) speed handling.

Once the position of both left and right sides are confirmed, weld the threaded adapter completely around the circumference. Thread the jounce tower into the welded on threaded adapter and lock in place with the supplied set screw.

Install complete and assembled with coil spring. Rear kit is also available as a bolt-on version. It still requires the removal of the bump cushion retainer.
